A part from the normal document set can we get a seperate report running for a spefic customer.

1. You can always modify the document before ship confirming any order
2. You can automate this with a release rule - which contains the shpping rule - which contains the document set
Yes,Sir. Release rules did not srike to me!!! Please correct me if I am wrong. For this particular customer we need to define a new document set and attach to the release rule. For other customers a different release rules will be attached which contains all the regular requests. Thanks a lot..

how are you going to make sure that user select the correct release rule.
we need to add specific customer to release rules and then pick release thru release sales order forms. when ever user selects the rule customer defaults and user can see the orders booked for that customer only. please suggest!
Looks good & it is fine if you have small number of customers (less than 20/30) which require this doc set.
If you have 1000/10000 customers then you have to think about some other mapping like item category / transaction type.
